A pickie of me on my new Honda CBR600 F What a joy!
The place behind me is called El Castril. It is a small but incredibly lovely village in the province of Granada, in the Altiplano or Highplane south of the Sierra de Cazorla. I went there on business on behalf of a client who bought a property (not a cave !) in the nearby village of Castillejar. The Real Estate agent who dealt on the property, an Englishman called Max Kite who sells caves recommended the drive to have a look see of the area.
The whole area has a very dramatic landscape, beautiful water reservoirs, arid moonlike scenery that suddenly changes into green lush valleys.
