Legal reports: After consultation (be it via e-mail, phone or in person) on a legal issue, if the client wishes a legal report in writing may be prepared clearing up any aspects of the consultation or query. € 100.00 euros

at Community meetings: € 90.15 euros plus hourly rate.

Attendance at Urbanization General Meetings: € 100.00 euros plus hourly rate

Depending of the service required, I will normally ask for an advance initial retainer of 30% to 40% of the estimated total costs. In cases of property conveyance, an advance of a 50% is requested.
